Tinnitus Services
You don't have to just "live with" the ringing
If you've been told your tinnitus is something you'll simply have to get used to, we understand how discouraging that feels. The ringing, buzzing, or humming that only you can hear is real — and when it wears on your focus, your mood, or your sleep, it deserves to be taken seriously. How do we know? Dr. Greenaway has lived with constant tinnitus for over 15 years. His personal journey has shaped every aspect of the care he provides.
Here's something many people are never told: tinnitus usually has a reason behind it. And finding that reason is where real help begins.
Tinnitus is rarely just an "ear problem." Your hearing is closely connected to the rest of your body - your jaw, your neck, the muscles around your head, your stress, and your sleep can all affect how loud your tinnitus is and how much it bothers you. For some people, the sound even shifts when they move their jaw or neck. Those clues matter, because they point us toward what's actually driving your tinnitus, and toward what might quiet it.
That's why we start by understanding your tinnitus, not just measuring it. And because tinnitus can touch so many parts of your health, we often work alongside a team of other professionals - mental health providers, jaw (TMJ) and dental specialists, physical therapists, sleep specialists, and neurologists - to address not only the sound, but the challenges connected to it.
Every person's tinnitus is different, so your care is built around you - your history, your goals, and what matters most in your daily life. Our goal isn't to hand you a one-size-fits-all fix. It's to understand your tinnitus, treat what we can, and help you feel more in control. If you’re living with tinnitus in Gresham, Portland, or the surrounding area give us a call today.
